A Technical Development lead who can drive the delivery of the End-to-End application solution for Chat bots like Netomi bots or AWS Bedrock or Kore.ai or Amelia.ai, Shopping cart management and Payment’s processing. Also help managing scope and timelines.

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Google Dialog flow or similar platform experience (Kore.ai, Amelia.ai, Netomi, Conversational bot building, along with experience integrating those bots with APIs for automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manages Scope, timelines and technology development.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services, including aviation data feeds and NLP engines.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI / CD pipeline management.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills, Team player, and good attitude.

• Master's degree.
• PCI Compliance :
  Proven experience in implementing and maintaining PCI compliance for enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Web commerce, Shopping cart, and Omni Channel Experience.
