Global Technology Infrastructure Services (Global Infrastructure) under the CTO enables business growth by providing highly reliable, resilient, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure. The Global Infrastructure Chief Administrative Office (CAO) drives the implementation of our vision, strategies, and goals; ensures successful completion of critical priorities; and leads capital planning, staffing planning, managed services supplier governance, and is a ‘spoke’ to central hub for workforce strategy.

This role sits within the Global Infrastructure CAO and is central to building a data-driven operating model for workforce planning and productivity.

ABOUT

THE ROLE

Under general supervision but operating independently most of the time, the Global Infrastructure Administration Analyst creates and delivers analytic datasets, dashboards, and insights that improve staffing decisions and workforce productivity across Global Infrastructure. You will partner closely with CAO leaders, Finance, TIPMO, Vendor Management, and tower leadership to define requirements; integrate and curate data from multiple systems (e.g., HR/Workday, MSP/contractor data, Sapience productivity telemetry, PPM/Clarity, Service Now, ADO, and finance);

and produce high-quality, decision-ready analytics. The ideal candidate brings advanced data handling strategies, an exacting attention to detail, and a strong quality mindset.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Global hiring coordinator – check and process new requests; manage backlogs by Tower; closely tracking hiring progress; escape
  • Maintain power bi and other workforce reports to inform management on progress and status – aggregate data from multiple sources, synthesize, validate, summarize, cut special views
  • Primary coordination with workforce planning and Finance Salary bank management
  • Org design visualization- maintain visio org charts etc, document target operating models; automate maintenance of the artifacts
  • Sapience productivity coordination – identify exceptions; work with hiring managers to capture plans to address; monitor progress and escalate deviation from plans; provide response to inquiries from workforce strategy groups
  • Capture dispositions of all T&M contingent labor globally, to ensure there is a transition plan / exit / hiring plan / extension requirement etc.
  • Monitor and report on plans for all contractors approaching tenure limits
  • Track contingent labor committed exits and escape deviation from plan
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document data & analytics requirements for CAO workforce planning, hiring/contractor tracking, and productivity reporting.
  • Structure analytic projects and models that solve business questions (e.g., demand forecasts, conversion pipelines and opportunities, tenure and rate analysis, APAC mix targets, partner/contractor ratios).
  • Perform data quality assessment; define validation rules and exception handling routines.
  • Develop complex queries and data joins across different data models to create authoritative, reconciled datasets.
  • Author performant queries/views to produce reusable analytic datasets; optimize for quality, maintainability, and transparency.
  • Rapidly produce ad-hoc queries to answer complex/urgent questions and to identify data issues; communicate findings with clear visuals/narrative.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and standard reports (hiring pipeline, contractor actions, productivity trends, variance-to-plan) with definitions and refresh SLAs.
