We believe in curiosity, creativity, and shared success—and we’re excited to welcome someone who feels the same!
ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Analyst, Technical Account Analytics, you will help us connect strategy with data in ways that support our clients and our teams. We rely on your SQL skills, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving approach to guide performance measurement, uncover new opportunities, and tell clear stories that inspire action. We move fast, support each other, and celebrate wins together!
What You’ll Do and How We’ll Work TogetherWe collaborate closely, and we rely on you to bring thoughtfulness, creativity, and energy to our team. You’ll help us evaluate campaign performance, explore large datasets, and build tools that make insights easier for everyone to use. We will look to you to mentor teammates, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of learning and curiosity. You’ll also help us shape analysis plans, present results in ways that support confident decision‑making, and serve as a trusted partner to internal teams seeking scalable and meaningful reporting.
WhoYou Are
We welcome people who love solving problems, asking questions, and turning data into clear stories. You might have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, economics, marketing, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. You bring at least four years of analytics experience, strong SQL skills, and an interest in tools like Python or R. You communicate with empathy and clarity, enjoy teaching others, and feel comfortable presenting to groups with different levels of technical knowledge.
Experience in direct marketing analytics is helpful, but your curiosity and willingness to learn matter most!
We value people who are comfortable working with large datasets, familiar with online advertising concepts, and experienced with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Databricks, Postgre
SQL, Big Query, AWS Redshift, Tableau, or Power BI. If you’ve worked in a media agency, media publisher, or Mar Tech/AdTech environment—or if you understand measurement approaches such as Media Mix Modeling or Fractional Attribution—you’ll feel right at home with us.
