Digital & AI Strategy Manager – PwC

Join PwC’s Corporate Technology Strategy consulting team to advise clients on complex technology strategy challenges, design digital and AI strategies, and unlock business value through cloud, data, AI, and emerging technologies. This full‑time role (up to 60% travel) blends technology expertise with leadership and client service.

• Advise clients on complex technology strategy problems using latest frameworks, methodologies, and technologies.
• Build technology solutions leveraging AI and other platforms for outstanding client outcomes.
• Lead work streams, coach teams, and influence senior stakeholders to secure alignment and decision‑making.
• Analyze and resolve complex business and technology problems with hypothesis‑driven approaches.
• Develop IT operating models and corporate technology strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Drive integrated IT and digital transformation programs across cloud, Dev Sec Ops , data platforms, micro‑services, and modern engineering.
• Design IT organizations and workforce strategies using frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and TOGAF.
• Develop business cases grounded in financial analysis, value realization, and strategic alignment.
• Foster collaboration across client and internal teams to stimulate innovation in AI and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience solving complex corporate technology strategy problems.
• Experience executing the software development lifecycle in large enterprises.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

• IT cost analysis and operating model design.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks and technology standards.
• IT governance, KPIs/OKRs, performance measurement.
• Optimization of IT capabilities, application portfolio, sourcing models.
• Leading large‑scale organizational change and stakeholder adoption.

• Enterprise AI strategy, governance, and scalable adoption models.
• Holistic digital transformation strategy integrating customer, data, and technology insights.
• Product management principles and agile practices for IT value delivery.
• Workforce strategy for IT talent development and capability building.
• Strategic assessments involving AI, automation, data platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Governance of technology landscape supporting enterprise‑wide digital goals.
