Responsibilities- Apply your Resources‑industry expertise working directly with clients to bring strategic thinking to challenges in digital, commerce and sales.
- Understand client needs, develop new strategies, and deliver high‑impact solutions that generate value.
- Provide thought leadership on trends in digital transformation, customer commercial operations, and emerging technologies (including Generative AI) to position Accenture as a trusted advisor.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage project delivery teams, ensuring successful implementation of digital strategies and solutions that meet client expectations for timeline, budget and quality.
- Conduct value analysis to generate insights and identify value‑creation opportunities for clients and Accenture across digital capability areas.
- Partner with Resources clients—Chief Customer Officers, Business Strategy leads, and Customer Operations leaders—to make bold decisions on priority C‑suite issues.
- Coach junior team members and grow your expertise to help Accenture maintain its thought‑leadership position.
- 5+ years of experience in the Resources space (Chemicals, Natural Resources, Energy) with a robust understanding of customer engagement models, market trends and challenges.
- 2+ years of consulting, strategy or equivalent role experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading multi‑discipline teams.
- Strategic problem‑solving mindset, clear and effective communication, and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the digital, commerce, sales and Generative AI solutions positioning within the Resources sector.
- High‑level knowledge of how technology platforms and ecosystems fit into the digital world and how digital technology is changing business.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including compelling storytelling for executive audiences.
- Experience in Chemicals, Natural Resources, Energy or related industries.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Strong understanding of customer sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of customer back‑office platforms like Oracle and SAP.
- Strong quantitative skills and experience driving insights using analytical tools.
- Working experience with Generative AI use cases for Sales & Commercial applications.
- Excellent organizational, multi‑tasking and time‑management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
