As the Director of Strategic Account Analytics, you’ll lead the analytics scope of work for a portfolio of clients across industries such as retail, travel, financial services, CPG, restaurant, and automotive. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Client Integration, Media Delivery, and Product teams to shape client strategies, deliver actionable insights, and drive business growth through data.
- Build deep expertise in clients’ businesses by analyzing first‑party customer data, website activity, and Epsilon’s proprietary datasets to inform smarter media strategies.
- Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional partners to design solutions that achieve marketing and growth objectives.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling stories that demonstrate the impact of Epsilon’s platform and capabilities.
- Develop measurement strategies, including test designs and frameworks, tailored to client needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on product‑supported measurement (e.g., closed‑loop sales, incrementality testing), setting the bar for best‑in‑class standards.
- Write and communicate detailed technical requirements to guide teams in executing analytics plans.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven ability to manage and grow analytics teams.
- Proficient in data tools such as SAS, SQL, and Tableau, with hands‑on experience analyzing and interpreting complex datasets.
- Strong communicator who can translate data into actionable strategies and influence decision‑making.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in cross‑functional environments and is passionate about mentoring and developing talent.
Base Salary: $124,875 - $208,125
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
