• Collaborate with clients to define long‑term vision, goals, and strategies.
• Lead the design of transformation roadmaps, designing clients' future processes and organizations.
• Simplify difficult situations, models, and issues to create structured actions.
• Test and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage project execution from start‑to‑finish and drive team to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and time).
• Mentor and coach junior team members to deliver quality results and promote others' professional development.
• Develop strong client relationships that enable the identification and qualification of sales opportunities with the assistance of senior leadership.
• Drive proposal developments under the direction of Principals and VPs.
• Participate in growing Capgemini Consulting by supporting recruitment, training, and community‑building.
• Contribute to the development of innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies.
• Serve as People Manager to guide the careers of junior consultants.

• Master's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Strategy, or a closely related field plus at least 3 years of experience in a management consulting role, or as a Management Consultant, IT/Application Consultant, Technical Analyst, or related IT position.
• Experience with functional business analysis.
• Experience developing client proposals and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience managing project execution from start‑to‑finish and driving a team to deliver according to plan.
