Managing Enterprise Architect - Agile and Dev Ops Lead

• Lead transformation of engagements, projects and teams with expertise in:
• Expert in SAFe Agile transformations
• Advanced knowledge of Agile Management tools like JIRA, Rally etc
• Strong working knowledge of process re-engineering and its interoperability
• Well-developed technical documentation, program management and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and prioritization skills;
  Lean process design experience preferred
• Expert in Agile and Dev Ops principles, assessments and implementations
• Ability to motivate successful team behavior and act as a coach, mentor with servant leadership
• Proven track record to meet commitments, results-oriented with high ethics & integrity
• Autonomous with excellent initiative and organizational skills
• Flexibility & adaptability to changing requirements in a matrix organization
• Strong ability to handle multiple demands with urgency, drive and energy
• Experience with Agile portfolio, Lean Agile budgeting, project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications
• Experience to Architect, Solution, Design and implement enterprise-wide Agility
• Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Customer interaction skills
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organization. You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. You are seen as a role model in the community.

• Qualification:
  
  12+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification:
  Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.
• Should be master in Functional Architecture Design.
• Should have experience in Business Knowledge, Integration & Orchestration, Technical Solution Design, Risk & Quality Management.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis & Software Engineering.
