Responsibilities- Manages services delivered from a unit via Service Delivery Management to the client.
- Works in the full life cycle of the software including requirement analysis, design, POC's, and development.
- Coordinates delivery of a portfolio of services to Service Delivery managers/clients.
- Ensures correct and appropriate charging of the centre’s services to the account.
- Supports the Towers in deploying standards within accounts.
- Ensures contractual obligations are met.
- Maintains disaster‑recovery plans for clients and Life Safety documentation; conducts annual life‑safety drills; works with disaster‑recovery vendors; maintains and updates vendor contacts; supports sales pursuits from a DR perspective.
- Meets daily with project PMs to assist them with project issues; oversees personnel staff; delivers projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning and iterating frequently.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, computer applications, information technology, or a closely related field plus at least 5 years of experience as a program manager, engagement manager, or related IT position.
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a suitable combination of education, training or experience includes 3 years of study toward a U.S. bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of IT experience.
- Experience overseeing service delivery operations including planning, organizing, and forecasting.
- Experience maintaining disaster‑recovery plans.
- Experience performing business impact analysis.
- Experience guiding a team of resources.
- Experience providing guidance to internal or external stakeholders.
- Experience enhancing Salesforce systems and integration using tools, including Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.
- Experience working in the full life cycle of the software, including requirement analysis, design, POCs, and development.
