Capgemini America, Inc.has multiple openings for the position of Business Analyst 4 based out of its Chicago, IL U.S. headquarters.

The employee may also work at various unanticipated locations. S/he will perform the following duties: enabletransformation and performance improvement of enterprise or its parts, with respect to people and process, by providing relevant capabilities, assets(human and non-human), processes and tools (from a functional aspect);structure, analyze, and visualize enterprise’s current state and future state;perform Strategy Execution, Business Process Transformation, or Change Management;advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules;responsible

for management and direction of multiple projects or a single,large, and complex project; responsible for delivering defined revenue targetswithin a particular industry or service area; and initiate and maintain client relationships.

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or itsforeign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Economics,Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering(any), or closely related field plus at least 7 years of progressively-responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, as Management Consultant, IT/Application Consultant, Systems Analyst, or related
  
  IT position. The applicant must also have: any period of professional experience working with all aspects of system implementation, including requirements gathering,future state solution design, development of objects related to their processscope, and testing and post implementation support; any period of professional experience performing gap analysis and strategicroadmap/blueprint development; and any period of professional experience performing architecture design, system design, configuration, customization, integration and testing, productioncutover, and providing technical support.
