Must Have Skills
- Skill 1: 6+ years of experience as ETL Developer / Data Integration – Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple systems and large datasets.
- Skill 2: 6+ years of experience – Maintain ETL processes using Microsoft technologies including SSIS, SSRS, and Visual Studio to support data integration and reporting needs.
- Skill 3: 6+ years of experience – Create and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to business users.
- Skill 4: 6+ years of experience – Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops.
Mandatory:
Microsoft Databases technical stack experience. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple systems and large datasets. Perform data mapping and transformation between source and target systems to ensure accurate and consistent data flow. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ETL and reporting solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft technologies including SSIS, SSRS, and Visual Studio to support data integration and reporting needs. Demonstrate strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude, working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and objectives. Implement and maintain data warehousing solutions, applying best practices for architecture, modeling, and performance tuning. Create and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to business users.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery across systems. Document ETL processes, data flows, and system configurations, maintaining clear and comprehensive technical documentation. Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops, collaborating closely with testers and other data engineers to resolve issues and provide fixes. Ensure all development and deliverables comply with healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA) and support audit and compliance requirements.
