This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or a closely‑related field plus at least 5 years of experience in the job offered, as Test Lead, Quality Assurance Lead, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst Lead, or a related IT position. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, the employer deems that the suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable is 3 years of study towards a U.S. bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or closely related field plus 3 years of IT experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with all aspects of product testing, including test planning, use case creation, test execution, defect management and reporting in Test Life Cycle Management.
• Experience performing quality assurance, manual, performance, or automated testing.
• Experience working with QA methodologies, including functional or non‑functional testing, best practices and standards.
• Experience working with Test Director, HPQC, Selenium, Load Runner, Work Soft, or Cucumber.
• Experience overseeing a team of IT professionals.
• Experience creating and reviewing testing artifacts from test strategy through test completion report.
