About Grubhub

At Grubhub, we champion restaurants from coast to coast. Restaurants sit at the heart of communities. It’s our mission to strengthen their roots, deepen their connections, and increase the positive impact they have on people and society.

About the Role

The Loyalty & Partnerships Manager role is part of Grubhub’s Growth team. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our Loyalty & Partnerships programs. You will generate insights that inform program strategy, monetization approach, and performance optimization, while also developing self‑service, program‑level reporting to facilitate scalable, data‑driven decision‑making and support tracking towards goals.

This role will closely collaborate with the broader Loyalty & Partnerships team and cross‑functional partners including Product, Pricing, and other Growth functions to identify opportunities, guide experimentation, and ensure data, business analysis, and reporting are accurate, actionable, and timely.

The ideal candidate will pair strong quantitative qualifications with the ability to synthesize data‑driven insights across multiple dimensions, applying conceptual thinking and maintaining a consistent focus on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive consumer and business insights to support strategy development that delivers growth for the Loyalty & Partnerships programs.
  • Develop proactive analyses to uncover new growth opportunities and guide program optimization.
  • Deliver regular, executive‑level reporting to assess portfolio performance, highlight opportunities, monitor competitive dynamics, and influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Automate reporting, dashboards, and analytics workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and deliver timely, accurate data to stakeholders.
  • Design and refine monetization frameworks that balance growth and profitability.
  • Evolve analytics capabilities and infrastructure by modernizing tools, frameworks, and infrastructure to enhance scalability, consistency, and the team’s ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Track goals and size opportunities to support prioritization and performance management against organizational KPIs.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Pricing and Finance teams and other teams to identify growth opportunities, develop and align on shared agendas, and drive impactful in‑market results.
  • Strengthen experimentation and test‑and‑learn practices by establishing robust testing frameworks and accelerating analytical readouts to inform faster decision‑making.
The Experience You Have
  • 4–6+ years of experience in an analytics role, ideally within growth, loyalty, or subscription‑based businesses.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, visualization, and automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
  • Proven ability to distill complex analysis and data drivers into concise, influential narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders up to the executive level.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in experiment design, test analysis, and monetization strategy.
  • Strategic, outcomes‑oriented mindset that connects analytics to growth, profitability, and long‑term business impact.
