Job Description - Senior Applications Consultant - SAP GRC Security (052912)

8+ years in relevant experience in SAP GRC Security

• Strong knowledge and experience of initial GRC Access Control 10/10.1 configuration.
• Very Strong knowledge and Experience of configuring GRC 10/10.1 AC Components (ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM).
• Knowledge of creating Custom Ruleset (Rule Building).
• Knowledge to configure GRC AC 10/10.1 Workflow.
• Knowledge to configure GRC AC 10/10.1 mitigation controls.
• Knowledge of SAP Security and Administration.
• Knowledge of Reporting in GRC AC 10/10.1 (Risk Analysis, EAM Logs, Mitigation Controls, etc).
• GRC implementation experience.
• Effectively explain, rationalize and justify Technical requirements and best practices to key client stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them to a comprehensive technical solution.
• Determine the size and scope for an effective SAP implementation from technology standpoint.
• Advise on SAP technical workflow and leading practices.
• Ability to manage project requirements and communicate to workstream leads or stakeholders on Security issues.
• Ability to lead onshore/offshore team.

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

• Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.
• Must have experience in: Package Configuration.
• Should be proficient in: Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
