What You’ll Do:- Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define, refine, and execute the vision and roadmap for Microsoft CSP product and service offerings. Align product strategy with Microsoft’s evolving commercial model, Softchoice’s go-to-market plans, and the needs of customers. Regularly assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product direction and prioritize features and enhancements.
- Drive Technical Enablement & Solution Design: Architect and maintain robust technical frameworks, processes, and collateral to support CSP solutions. Oversee the creation and ongoing improvement of technical enablement programs for sales, presales, and delivery teams—including training materials, documentation, and best practices. Ensure technical resources are equipped to deliver high‑quality CSP solutions and support customer success.
- Manage Performance & Operational Excellence: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSP offerings, including financial targets, customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics. Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Implement operational improvements to drive efficiency, scalability, and quality across the CSP portfolio.
- Champion Customer & Market Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, technical requirements, and business drivers for CSP solutions. Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales teams, and partners to inform product development and go‑to‑market strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and Microsoft to drive integrated campaigns, product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, operational execution, and customer outcomes. Act as a key liaison between technical and non‑technical audiences, translating complex concepts into actionable plans. - Oversee Service Development & Delivery: Lead the introduction of new CSP services and the continual improvement of existing offerings. Develop and implement operational processes, and quality standards to ensure successful launch and delivery. Coordinate changes to systems, skills, and processes needed to accommodate new services, including staff training and enablement.
- Drive Risk Management & Transformation Initiatives: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to CSP transformation and operational execution. Lead strategic initiatives to adapt to changes in Microsoft’s commercial model and channel partner ecosystem, positioning Softchoice for growth and innovation.
- Enable Sales & Marketing Success: Collaborate with CSP Program Manager and product marketing and enablement teams to develop compelling messaging, content, and campaigns for CSP solutions. Provide expertise and insights to support sales training, customer engagement, and market differentiation. Align with Microsoft and internal teams to define integrated sales and marketing campaigns in accordance with annual GTM plans.
