A dynamic staffing agency based in Chicago is seeking a short term Desktop Technician contractor to focus on building and deploying Windows 11 machines. The candidate will play a critical role in preparing and configuring around 80-90 devices, including installing applications and providing on-site and remote support for Windows 11 upgrade issues. An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of desktop support experience and proficiency in Windows OS environments.
A+ or MCDST certification is preferred.
