Your role and responsibilities

The SAP Program Delivery Leader will lead the planning, delivery, and governance of large‑scale, cross‑functional SAP programs that involve multiple work streams, stakeholders, and integration points. This role ensures that program objectives are met by driving alignment across business and technical teams, managing risks and dependencies, and providing strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires deep experience navigating complex environments, balancing strategic direction with hands‑on execution, and maintaining clear communication with executives and project teams.

Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week subject to business needs.

This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Proven experience managing large‑scale SAP programs or multi‑module implementations

• Strong understanding of SAP solution architecture, integration points, and project methodologies

• Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate project health effectively

• Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and project governance

• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors in complex environments

• Ability to oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management

• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery approaches within SAP programs

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

• Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
