Job Description

An employer is seeking a short term Desktop Technician contractor focused on building Windows 11 machines. This person plays a critical role in preparing, configuring, and deploying systems that meet modern enterprise standards and will be setting up around 80-90 devices. This includes installing applications and providing on-site and remote support for Windows 11 upgrade issues. In addition they will customize user profiles and settings, install required software packages and productivity tools, and provide documentation or support for end‑user onboarding.

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support or help desk roles
• Proficiency in Windows OS environments (Windows 10/11)
• Experience with imaging tools and deployment platforms
• A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification
