Compensation:
Pay Range: $39.20-$56.00 Per HR
Job Summary:
- Join our team in a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL as a contract IAM Operations Admin.
- You will be responsible for user account lifecycle processes, system access administration, and supporting technology infrastructure projects.
- This role requires a strong understanding of identity and access management and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Administer user account lifecycle processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Collaborate with architects and business teams to refine application requirements.
- Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with current policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily administration of application access and security compliance.
- Manage ticket system requests and ensure appropriate approvals are in place.
- Experience in identity and access management practices.
- Strong analytical skills for requirement gathering and gap analysis.
- Ability to maintain and update department documentation accurately.
- Proficiency in user provisioning and access management.
- Experience with ticket management systems.
