Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact on a global scale? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our US Technology Solution Readiness team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, working to understand organizational needs, analyze processes, translate requirements into solutions that drive value, and deploy innovative technology solutions to our Company platforms.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor business analysts, lead cross-functional workshops, and partner closely with stakeholders and Product Owners. You will play a crucial role in transforming business requirements into innovative technology solutions, including edge transformation initiatives. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technology teams.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement sessions.
• Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), feature clarifications, user stories, process maps, and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, development, internal stakeholders and external vendor teams to ensure alignment of requirements and delivery outcomes.
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making.
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for business stakeholders.
• Elicit, assess, and define business requirements with strong organizational skills to deliver requirements within specified timelines.
• Strong collaboration skills and able to adapt their means of communications for both written and verbal and engage in active listening.
• Established ability to build relationships with Global Technology internal and external stakeholder partners.
• Obtain continual feedback from field end users and maintain enhancement requests and assist with prioritization of restaurant technology applications.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a Senior or lead role.
