Base pay range$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Swoon is hiring for our leading global SaaS company client that specializes in enterprise work management and collaboration solutions.
This will be a fully remote role and will start off as a 10-month contract opportunity with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium covered for contractor).
ObjectiveProvide dedicated project leadership and serve as the single point of accountability for U.S. and international payroll implementation work streams, ensuring successful delivery of ADP Lyric (U.S.) and ADP Celergo (International) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Unified Project Oversight: Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and ADP, managing integrated timelines across both Lyric (U.S.) and Celergo (International) payroll implementations.
- Governance & Documentation: Develop, maintain, and manage the master project plan, RACI matrix, and communication plan to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and alignment across all teams.
- Meeting & Workflow Optimization: Streamline project cadence by consolidating fragmented meetings, ensuring all sessions have clear agendas, defined owners, and actionable outcomes.
- Deliverable Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and drive completion of all project deliverables, providing weekly status updates to leadership covering progress, risks, dependencies, and open issues.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure all parties understand responsibilities, timelines, and dependencies, eliminating communication gaps and project friction.
- Proven experience managing global payroll or HR system implementations
, ideally involving ADP Lyric and/or ADP Celergo. - Strong project governance skills, including development of project plans, RACI models, and executive-level status reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-region work streams and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating as the single point of accountability.
