As a senior-level IT professional you will be responsible for designs and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technology infrastructures that specifically support artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of traditional infrastructure expertise and cutting-edge AI knowledge. You will act as a bridge between data scientists, ML engineers, Application teams, Infrastructure teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and architectural blueprints and solutions.

As an Infrastructure and AI Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological foundation of our organization. You will design forward-thinking infrastructure strategies that balance innovation with stability, ensuring our systems are robust and future ready. This position demands both visionary thinking and practical expertise, as you will guide the evolution of our IT environment, championing efficiency, security, and adaptability.

This hybrid role combines enterprise-level infrastructure architecture expertise with hands‑on AI/ML research and solutions.

• Design and implement scalable, resilient cloud and on‑premises infrastructure solutions

• Define technical architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across multi‑cloud and on‑prem environments

• Design and implement scalable, resilient enterprise AI solutions

• Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints for AI systems, including data pipelines, model training and deployment, and integration with existing IT infrastructure.

• Create a strategic plan for how the Camping World’s infrastructure will evolve to meet future AI and ML needs, focusing on scalability, cost‑effectiveness, and performance.

• Provide tools recommendation for AI and what direction the company should go with

• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives and digital transformation projects

• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance, security, and cost efficiency

• Research and develop standards, and tools for AI usage and implementation

• Meet with vendors and develop solutions that meet the organization requirements

• Meet with application and business units to develop robust infrastructure solutions and AI tools enablement solutions

• Maintain infrastructure solutions technology standards

• Work on infrastructure and AI roadmaps and strategy

• Develop infrastructure and AI architectural blueprints and detailed documentation

• Develop long‑term IT infrastructure and AI strategies aligned with business needs

• Monitor systems and suggest improvements proactively

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools
