We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Fieldglass—a leading cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS). This role is essential to helping clients streamline external workforce and services procurement processes while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

As an expert in SAP Fieldglass, you will collaborate closely with clients to assess needs, deliver tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support and integration with enterprise systems. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and training
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and configure Fieldglass modules to align with organizational goals
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Fieldglass applications
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and effective system utilization
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration details, process flows, and user guides
• Integrate SAP Fieldglass with enterprise platforms such as SAP ERP, Success Factors, or third-party systems
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Stay informed on Fieldglass product updates, enhancements, and best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on vendor management, contingent labor, travel, and expense process improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Fieldglass solutions on time and within scope

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions
• In-depth knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and services procurement processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex system issues
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• SAP Fieldglass certification is a strong plus
