As part of our Digital Assets organization, you'll help advance Schwab's leadership in blockchain-driven insights and cryptocurrency market understanding. In this role, you will apply your data-analysis and blockchain-forensics expertise to trace digital-asset flows, uncover patterns, and deliver insights that support Schwab's strategic decision-making.

You'll be part of a forward-thinking team at the intersection of business strategy, data analytics, blockchain intelligence, and financial innovation, helping Schwab bring clarity and transparency to an evolving asset class.

What you'll do:

* Analyze blockchain activity:
Collect, normalize, and analyze on-chain transaction data across multiple blockchains to identify trends, counter parties, and fund-flow patterns.

* Deliver business insights:
Build visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Big Query) that translate complex blockchain data into actionable intelligence for business partners.

* Conduct market analysis:
Track industry developments, token movements, and regulatory trends to inform Schwab's digital-asset strategy.

* Develop data solutions:
Design and maintain automated pipelines to integrate blockchain data into Schwab.

* Partner across Schwab:
Work closely with the Analytics, Data Engineering, and Product teams to develop reporting frameworks that meet strategic goals and business needs.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

* 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering

* Working knowledge of SQL (Big Query, Teradata, Oracle, or SQL Server) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

* Strong understanding of blockchain networks, cryptocurrency transactions, and digital wallets

* Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and present findings clearly to business partners

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with blockchain data platforms such as Arkham, Dune, Nansen, or similar platforms

* Familiarity with machine learning or entity-clustering algorithms applied to blockchain datasets

* Certification in data analytics
