* The Business Performance and Cadence Manager is a critical member of the Cloud Strategy and Operations team. You will work in a team focused on our critical business cadences, strategic insights and scaling for the future. You will be working separately in a fluid, constantly evolving global executive environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ** Responsibilities*
* + Lead, manage and execute key Rhythms of the Business (RoB) work streams for the North Am sales organization, ensuring timely and high-quality preparation and delivery of materials for executive reviews.

+ Provide deep-dive analytics across core products, identifying performance drivers, optimization opportunities, and risks to our go-to-market strategy.

+ Structure and lead core RoB work streams, including defining scope, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, tracking progress, and delivering operational improvements.

+ Develop and scale creative solutions to surface the right performance data/insights to North America Cloud sales teams/leaders to help continue to grow Google Cloud in North America.

+ Support Cloud leadership on our regular business performance reviews and drive engaged insights within region to influence our strategies/plans.
