- Sr. Manager, Commercial Data Science
Location - Greater Chicago, IL (2-3x week in office, relo provided)
Salary- $170-180k + bonus + LTI (some wiggle room for a SUPERSTAR!)

- Develop machine learning, AI, and data science capabilities to support commercial strategy
- Identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to generate insights that drive business and patient outcomes
- Build prototypes and data-driven demonstrations
- Lead measurement and analytics of omnichannel initiatives and campaigns
- Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership
- Master’s + 4 years Commercial Pharma experience, Bachelor’s + 6 years Commercial Pharma experience
- Experience in PHARMA marketing analytics and campaign measurement
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and data management skills
- Effective communicator with a passion for learning and innovation
- Proficient in Python, R, or SAS, with experience in ML libraries and large datasets
