About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven UiPath Program Manager to lead, grow, and scale our enterprise automation program using the UiPath platform. This strategic role will oversee the full lifecycle of RPA initiatives—from identifying business opportunities to solution implementation—ensuring clear business value and a strong return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership & Growth: Spearhead and expand the organization's automation program, building the roadmap and vision for sustainable scaling across business units.
Solution Ownership: Take a hands‑on approach in both designing and implementing automation solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable business outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify automation opportunities, align them with strategic priorities, and drive ROI.
Business Value Communication: Translate technical automation capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders, helping democratize automation across the organization.
Experience‑Based Guidance: Leverage past experience leading successful automation programs to bring best practices, avoid common pitfalls, and foster innovation.
Governance & Delivery: Define delivery methodologies, enforce governance frameworks, and oversee project execution to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross‑functional teams including RPA developers, business analysts, and architects.
Performance Tracking: Monitor automation performance, track program KPIs, and continuously optimize existing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
5+ years of automation‑program management experience focused on UiPath implementation
Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling automation programs with real‑world examples of ROI and business impact.
Strong understanding of business process reengineering, automation life cycles, and organizational change management.
Excellent communicator who can articulate technical solutions in business terms and champion automation across teams.
Skilled in both strategic thinking and tactical implementation—comfortable presenting a roadmap one day and diving into solution delivery the next.
Skills:
UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer, Solution Architect, etc.)
Experience with GenAI, IXP integration, AI/ML integration, OCR, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
