Huron's Healthcare Technology Services Group (HTSG) works with healthcare organizations to solve their most complex EHR challenges, so we are constantly searching for skilled technical consultants to help our clients maximize their technology investments. Our Oracle Health Solution Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide consulting and subject matter expertise to client's by assessing, identifying, and providing solutions to their MEDITECH Expanse Revenue Cycle System.

* Provide guidance on workflows, system design, build, training, testing and integration points. changes and ongoing maintenance.

* Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity.

* Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

* Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.

* Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training..

* Create user guides, manuals, and other educational resources to support learning and adoption.

* Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources and deliverables during implementation and optimization projects.

* Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation.

* Work directly with end users. Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions.

* Maintain strong communication with PM, leader and team to promote a collaborative working environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

* Solid understanding of Meditech Expanse Revenue Cycle (RCG & Claims) for Acute and Ambulatory.

* Clear understanding of Charge Forwarding functionality (set up, testing, training).

* Strong communication skills.

* Works effectively on a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to delegate tasks and follow up/manage.

* Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

* Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS) or equivalent work experience

The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
