** Maintain, configure, update, and design/create reports, dashboards, and metrics, and develop workflows in customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Administer the security access permissions of assigned technology applications. Answer questions related to CRM tasks and address non-standard issues. Identify new opportunities for the usage of technology applications. Help and guide the design of the technology application roadmap. Develop and update materials to train appropriate staff and end users.

Partner with key stakeholders to understand current processes and provide assistance in designing future strategy.
** REQUIRED DEGREE
** Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S)
** REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
