Join Capgemini Invent as a Business Technology Management Consultant to develop and implement platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models. You will lead Agile and technology transformation initiatives, design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs, drive collaborative selling and business development efforts, and foster people development and team growth.

Your Role

Overall, the Business Technology Management Consultant will develop and implement platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models. Lead Agile and technology transformation initiatives. Design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs. Drive collaborative selling and business development efforts. Foster people development and team growth.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development.
  • Create and implement IT operating models to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead Agile transformation projects, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
  • Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead collaborative selling efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead project teams.
  • Proven experience in collaborative selling and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Open to working onsite at Capgemini Hub locations and traveling to client sites.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $127,500 - $249,350.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
