Job Description
Lead and manage large scale Agile projects using SAFe Scaled Agile Framework principles. Facilitate Agile ceremonies PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Drive continuous improvement and coach teams on Agile best practices. Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables using Jira and Confluence. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
