Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant (Order Management, Advanced Inventory Management)

Join Capgemini Invent as an Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant, leading implementations of Order Management and Advanced Inventory Management solutions. You will work with clients to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.

The Oracle Cloud SCM Lead provides consulting to customers and project teams by understanding, analyzing, and translating requirements to enhance and support effective solutions through configuration or team development.

• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
• Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements.
• Identify how the Oracle Cloud SCM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements.
• Support interface workstream understanding of business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
• Support configuration, testing, training, data migration and change management work streams.
• Act as Project Manager or Team Lead of large Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
• Lead the design of Oracle Cloud SCM implementations for the modules in your expertise.
• Shape Oracle Cloud SCM solutions to help clients solve complex situations.
• Deliver advisory services in broader technology‑enabled business change (integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery).
• Build and maintain client relationships.

• 10+ years of experience in complex Oracle SCM implementations.
• 5+ years of experience designing and/or implementing Oracle Cloud SCM (in lead roles).
• Certified in two or more Oracle Cloud SCM modules listed above.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of Planning Business Processes.
• Experience in pre‑sales solutioning and leading a project team through the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2‑3 full lifecycle implementations of SAAS SCM modules.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $86,900 – $192,460
. Additional compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, based on applicable laws.

Compensation (including bonuses, commissions, or other forms of incentive pay) is not considered earned, vested, or payable until it becomes due under the terms of applicable plans or agreements and is subject to Capgemini’s discretion, consistent with applicable laws.
