Key skills required for the job are:

• Handling first point escalation for all technical and process issues
• Providing technical subject matter expertise where required
• Ensuring proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager
• Planning and scheduling changes, coordinating with different stakeholders
• Performing RCA for major incidents related to his/her tower
• Following quality/security processes defined for the engagement
• Performing trend analysis, identifying top incidents, and working with teams to minimize incidents
• Hardware troubleshooting & vendor coordination
• Preparing weekly and monthly status reports
• Participating in business meetings with stakeholders as needed
• Taking corrective actions based on customer satisfaction surveys
• Working on service improvement programs
• Estimating effort/reviews for new projects as needed
• Training new team members
• Knowledge acquisition and updates to related documents

Minimum Experience

Required:

3-5 YEARS

Symantec Antivirus, Endpoint Protection, SEP Managed Security Services (MSS), Networking and Infrastructure, ITIL Documentation
