We’re looking for a Mid‑Market Account Executive to own larger, more complex deals across scaling tech companies. This role sits at the intersection of product‑led growth and consultative sales, working with technical buyers and broader stakeholder groups. You’ll help define how Aikido wins in the mid‑market and have meaningful influence on our GTM strategy.
Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle for mid‑market accounts
- Prospect into scaling companies and technical buying groups
- Convert product‑led usage into multi‑seat, multi‑team deals
- Run structured discovery and value‑based demos
- Partner with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
- 4–8+ years of closing experience (Commercial / Mid‑Market)
- Proven success running multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong outbound, inbound, and deal management skills
- Deep comfort selling technical SaaS (Dev Ops / dev tools a big plus)
- Self‑directed, organized, and highly accountable
- “Get stuff done” mentality with strong ownership mindset
- Bonus: Spanish‑speaking

- The compensation range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000, based on full‑time employment.
