This Specialist Solution Engineer role sits within our Emerging Business Unit, focusing on products in a similar growth lifecycle phase. Your mission is to incubate, scale, and grow these solutions with a startup mindset.
You will operate as a subject matter expert, articulating the value of our solutions and their seamless integration within the broader Salesforce portfolio.
- Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM):
Unified platform to manage partner lifecycle, streamline onboarding, boost productivity, enablement, channel strategy, and collaboration. - Channel Revenue Solutions
:
Optimize and automate channel sales, revenue cloud, pricing, rebates, visibility, and growth.
- Support deal cycles specifically tied to Partner Ecosystem Management and Channel Revenue Management Solutions.
- Perform discovery calls, product demonstrations, and technical architecture meetings.
- Create and develop assets and programming at scale – industry POVs, demo components, technical POV documents, discovery guides, and workshop programming.
- Attend events to evangelize solutions (Salesforce World Tours, industry events, Dream force).
- Internally evangelize solutions across Core and Service Cloud AEs and SEs.
- Stay up to date on product innovation to speak and demonstrate key features and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Solution Engineering or related roles.
- Deep experience and understanding of the Salesforce Platform.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems.
- Strong presentation skills, both virtually and in person.
- Value proposition‑minded with strong business acumen.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce Admin 201 certification or similar technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.
