Your Role And Responsibilities

This role is for an SAP Finance Transformation Services Lead, focused on IBM’s internal needs but may necessitate support of sales and delivery across all sectors of Tru Qua and IBM. This individual will lead the IBM internal Solutions Team for a full‑lifecycle engagement of the implementation of Quote‑to‑Cash, Record‑to‑Report, and FP&A scope for IBM's Consulting business as part of select overall business transformations.

Team activities include the evaluation of the vendors and solutions in the marketplace, enterprise architecture design, solutioning of SAP & non‑SAP products, implementation and go‑live. This candidate will be highly knowledgeable with required SAP Finance Transformation product capabilities, business processes, solution mechanics, and configuration requirements, as well as integration with other technologies. They will also lead advisory for client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP as a strategic asset to their broader Finance Transformation journey.

Sales Support and Delivery

As trusted business advisor and lead, this individual will support sales – if and when needed – at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutioning, program planning and driving RFPs around SAP and Finance Transformation for Tru Qua. This will be required to support sales and go‑to‑market activities for SAP, which will include writing and shaping proposals and presenting  SAP Finance Transformation Services Lead will bring professional leadership experience in businesses where service, quality and customer responsiveness are tantamount to success.

The candidate will draw from past hands‑on experience to grow our practice and capabilities.

This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven track record in managing complex SAP Finance Transformation projects – specifically with latest & greatest tools/technologies in SAP such as S/4
  
  HANA Finance, SAP Commercial Project Management, FP&A or Financial Performance Management
• Expertise in Finance Transformation Advisory, Consulting or Program Management
• Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, team management and delivery
• Excellent presentation skills. Articulate with impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong & discerning listener.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Knowledge of SAP complementary tools, namely Black Line, Magnitude, Open Text, Workiva, Celonis, One Stream, Anaplan, Twenty‑Five, Profinda, Replicon, Fieldglass, a plus
• Knowledge of upcoming changes in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance, as well as an eagerness to learn, prototype, and grow expertise in the latest relevant financial technologies.
