This role focuses on Search and Discovery experiences on , owned by Cat Digital, the digital and technology arm of Caterpillar.

What

You Will Do
  • Lead a team of 6‑8 Digital Product Specialists.
  • Own discovery, research and product management for , including way finding, navigation, site search and customer education templates.
  • Drive discovery, strategy and solution design for customer journeys across core content sections on
  • Make prioritized product decisions and communicate them clearly to the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on business goals and translate broad concepts into clear requirements.
  • Manage prioritization of epics, features and enhancements for both current and future state.
  • Partner with business units to understand marketing strategy and product priorities.
  • Work with engineering, platform and AI teams to develop and deploy new features on schedule.

  • Product‑management role experience (Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Strategy, UX).
  • Experience influencing without formal authority in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong coaching and employee development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling.
  • li>Financial acumen and budget‑management experience.
  • 4‑year college degree or equivalent digital product experience.
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
  • Experience managing UX for heavy‑equipment or automotive digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar’s matrix and dealer network or a similar distribution model.
  • Agile‑environment experience with multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Proficiency with experience‑mapping techniques (user story mapping, OOUX, assumption mapping).
  • Technical understanding of content‑management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager Site.

  • Regular travel up to 25 % of working time may be required.
