Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10–20 engineers developing low‑latency C++ trading systems.
• Architect and oversee the design of high‑frequency trading strategies across equities, options, and futures.
• Coordinate with product, risk, and infrastructure teams to meet performance and reliability targets.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in C++ low‑latency trading development.
• Strong background in algorithmic and high‑frequency trading strategies.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
