Description
Work in a high-pressure trading environment as an Application Programmer III in Chicago, IL.
This onsite contract position involves supporting financial risk systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing efficiency improvements.
Proficiency in generic scripting and computing technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for business requests and reported impacts.
Monitor and alert critical trading system environments.
Implement releases and conduct post-release testing.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and technical teams.
Troubleshoot complex systems issues and proactively resolve problem hotspots.

Qualifications
Experience in high-pressure trading environments.
Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in problem-solving and prioritizing multiple concurrent issues.
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.

Experience with incident, problem, and release management processes.
