Role Type - C2H (Contract to Hire, 6 months contract will hire depending on your perfomance)

• -Experience in data stewardship, reporting, and analytics delivery.

• -Fluency in written and verbal English, with an understanding of cultural differences.

• -Ensure data validation and stewardship for datasets within scope.
• -Provide reporting and analytics support to Commercial Operations teams.
• -Perform data extractions from multiple databases.
• -Calculate, validate, and upload monthly data for Field Force Incentives, including attainment and reporting.
• -Manage and administer Field Force and marketing-related applications, such as SFA and promotional materials.
• -Identify and propose solutions for problems and challenges encountered.
• -Prioritize incoming requests and manage workload in alignment with the teams plan.
• -Adhere to established SLAs, guidelines, and timelines.
• -Deliver high-quality outputs for all activities within scope.
• -Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• -Develop Subject Matter Expertise for one or more data processes.
