This position is responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of financial and management reporting and analytics portfolio(s) used to drive strategic and operation decision making. Additionally, this role oversees the team
* s alignment of business intelligence strategy and framework, consisting of a standard set of business drivers and kpis, to gain insights into financial business operations through data retrieval, analysis, and reporting. This position is also responsible for report rationalization ensuring metrics are consistently defined, calculated, and accessed, and for identifying opportunities for enhanced reporting automation. The financial bi technical consultant will closely partner with finance and actuarial teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting processes, reduce risks and redundancy, while improving timeliness, quality and delivery.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools and systems, and relational database technology
• Project Management, strategy development, change management and process improvement experience
• Reporting and data governance experience

• Oracle Fusion Financials Reporting Experience (ERP and EPM)
• Oracle Smart view, BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)
• Experience in EPM Reports, Narrative reporting
• Hands on Report development experience
• Power Bi Paginated reporting experience

3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.
