Position: Network Engineer (Field Support Engineer)
Experience: 1-2 Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for a Network Engineer (Field Support Engineer) to support installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network and security devices at client locations. The role requires regular field visits for project deployments, preventive maintenance, and incident resolution.

• Install, configure, and maintain Switches, Routers, and Firewalls.
• Perform mounting, stacking, and deployment of network devices.
• Manage firewall policies
• Perform firmware upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor network and security device logs and resolve incidents.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security policy issues.
• Collaborate with Network, SOC, and Infrastructure teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.
• Prepare Incident Reports, RCA, and Change Management documents.

• Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, and Network Security.
• Hands-on experience with Switches, Routers, and Firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel and provide onsite support at client locations.

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
• Field Requirement: Candidate must be willing to travel extensively and attend client-site visits across Chennai and nearby locations for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project implementation activities.
