IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst
We're expanding our Net Suite team in Pakistan and looking for a hands-on Systems Analyst who knows Net Suite extremely well and loves solving business problems through smart system configuration. You don't need to be a developer but you should be technically sharp enough to understand integrations, APIs, Suite Script, and custom development at a functional level, working hand-in-hand with our Net Suite developers.
We want someone who can take a business request, figure out the best way to solve it in Net Suite, build it when possible, and write clear requirements for a developer when it isn't.
- Build and maintain custom fields, forms, records, roles/permissions, and Suite Flow workflows
- Build advanced Saved Searches (including complex formulas), dashboards, KPIs, and role-specific reporting
- Gather business requirements and determine whether they're solved with native config vs. custom development
- Write clear specs for developers and work directly with them on Suite Script, integrations, and APIs
- Run sandbox testing, troubleshoot issues, create test cases, and support UAT and release testing
- Manage CSV imports, mass updates, and data quality across the system
- 3+ years of strong hands-on Net Suite experience
- Advanced Saved Searches and formula experience
- Strong Suite Flow / workflow experience
- Experience with custom fields, forms, records, roles, and permissions
- Strong Net Suite dashboard and reporting experience
- Sandbox testing and troubleshooting experience
- Understanding of Net Suite integrations and APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
- Comfortable collaborating with both developers and business users
We want someone naturally curious about systems, someone who, when handed a request, instinctively asks:
Can Net Suite already do this? Can I configure it myself? Is this a workflow or Saved Search fix, or does it need real development? You'll work closely with our Net Suite team in Pakistan, developers, and business leadership to continuously make Net Suite work harder for the organization.
