- Administer and maintain Salesforce, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
- Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and other process automations
- Create reports, dashboards, and data views for business stakeholders
- Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data integrity
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Support system enhancements, releases, integrations, and ongoing optimization
- Document configurations, processes, and system changes
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and user administration
- Hands-on experience building Salesforce Flows
- Experience with reports, dashboards, data management, and security
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and platform functionality
- Ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders
- Experience supporting Salesforce in a production environment
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred
