The Work:

You will be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience in SAP Success Factors, guiding decisions that impact multiple groups. Your ability to engage collaboratively and provide solutions that resonate across various stakeholders will be highly valued.  Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP Success Factors solutions

Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.

Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP Success Factors solutions, including integrations with other systems

Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.

Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process

Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP Success Factors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients

Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
