Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Windows SME to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of extensive experience with Windows operating systems and a proven track record in systems administration, architecture, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and maintenance of Windows servers and workstations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex Windows-related issues and provide expert-level technical support.

Architect, design, and implement Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows services.

Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy advanced Windows-based solutions.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level team members.

Stay updated with the latest Windows updates, patches, and industry trends.

Perform SSL Certificate management activities, Windows Firewall, PKI and Certificate Services, distribute wildcard certificates to individual or SAN certificatesEFS with Bit Locker, Exploit Protection, Control Flow Guard (CFG), EFS with Bit Locker, Windows Firewall Manage the SSL Certificate management platform

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of experience working with Windows operating systems.

Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Advanced proficiency in Power Shell scripting and automation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are highly desirable.

Preferred

Skills:

Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices.
