We are looking for a Solutions Readiness Manager that will be responsible for managing market strategy, roadmap, feature enablement, certification, and market adoption for McDelivery. McDelivery is an exciting and growing segment of our business. To be successful the Solutions Readiness Manager must develop strong partnerships with global product owners, external delivery vendors, development teams, and business stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

This role is based at our McDonald’s Global Headquarters in Chicago, IL.

• Lead delivery of timely, high-quality, effective features, enhancements, and builds for US McDelivery.
• Ensure alignment of product roadmaps with US business strategy and, where applicable, Global Technology and vendor roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Global Product Managers across all delivery feature capabilities to align on overall product delivery.
• Work closely with peer product managers across all channels and capabilities to prioritize initiatives, foster teamwork, and coordinate end-to-end development.
• Oversee US Market releases from planning through deployment in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Manage weekly test team priorities in support of McDonald’s and vendor release cycles.
• Review and prioritize production defects impacting customer experience to ensure rapid resolution.
• Develop and communicate release updatesto key US Market stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Technology, Legal, and other functions.
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional teamsto test and validate monthly offers across GMAD and Marketplace platforms.
• Work with operations and the delivery business to identify customer- and operational-enhancement opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for McDelivery inquiries, conducting root-cause analysis to solve complex operational challenges.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies across systems, workflows, and team resources to optimize delivery speed and quality.
