Leader within Digital Product Management. Lead and develop EPM (Enterprise Project Management) team to support the development of digital products and supporting the Owner’s Experience portfolio including services including , Shop experience on , dealer websites and other projects that span across eCommerce and Owner’s Experience. The Digital Program Manager is the owner for Scrum@Scale, Agile and Waterfall frameworks implemented within DPM as needed.

• Leading EPM team to ensure that key Digital Product Development deliverables are accomplished according to product roadmap commitments
• Planning and monitoring program management to ensure that quality standards are achieved.
• This individual will define needed program management processes and communications for cross-functional collaboration.
