RequiredSkills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL testing and data validation
- Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and verification
- Experience working with dimensional data models and data warehouses
- Ability to execute data migration and data integrity testing initiatives
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and regression testing strategies
- Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Amazon Redshift or other cloud-based data warehouses
- Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) platforms
- Experience validating BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Hex, or similar analytics platforms
- Experience with Python, Power Shell, JavaScript, C#, or similar scripting languages
- Experience with SSIS packages or related ETL technologies
- Background in data quality frameworks and automation initiatives
- Validate data movement between source and target systems
- Execute ETL, regression, migration, and performance testing activities
- Perform data reconciliation and integrity checks across enterprise platforms
- Develop and maintain testing documentation and test strategies
