Risk Governance Analyst

Design and maintain reporting frameworks for Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to deliver real-time risk visibility for gTech executive leadership.

Architect and deploy quantitative metrics to evaluate risk exposures across gTech business workflows, replacing point-in-time assessments.

Lead the business risk reporting cadence and support the effective execution of governance routines and executive mandates within the gTech Risk Council.

Build and integrate an intelligence ecosystem that provides actionable insights for cross-functional engagement and executive decision-making.

Partner with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to communicate risk posture and translate strategic priorities into governance outcomes.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
5 years of experience in data analytics, risk quantification and risk reporting.

Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and model development.

Experience working within an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework.gTech Risk helps protect Google and its users by identifying and implementing controls for significant risks. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $114000 - $163000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
